OUR MACHINES
We use Tonello machines engineered for all garment washing, dyeing, and special finishing processes for various products. These machines allow us to achieve water ratios during dyeing & washing as low as 1:1 and 1:5, with some treatments offering a zero-water option. Our technology guarantees high standards of durability, consistency, and excellent technical execution.

Our facility is equipped with a Wastewater Treatment Plant to ensure proper handling and safety of wastewater. Our effluent treatment processes comply with Indonesian standards and are monitored with the Higg Index Facility Environmental Module (Higg FEM).

The pigment dye process leads to a slightly uneven or less saturated finish, contributing to a more vintage or “faded” appearance. While this technique is commonly practiced in the industry, Eco Laundry Hijau Indonesia is the only facility in Indonesia equipped to handle the pigment dyeing process of polyester and nylon. These synthetic fabrics have been known to resist dye absorption compared to natural fibres like cotton or wool.
